First Sunday of Advent

Join us in this time of quiet preparation leading up to Christmas. The First Sunday of Advent, we will light the candle of HOPE at our regular 10 am Worship Service.
A prayer for lighting the first candle: “This is the candle of Hope. May we become people of empowering Hope. God’s hope shines on hopelessness and brightens the way. Emmanuel, God be with us in the week to come, lighting hope on the wick of our lives so that we may shine on our world. Amen.”
Join us in the coming weeks as we light the candles of PEACE, JOY, LOVE, and the Christ Candle on Christmas Day. We will celebrate our Christmas Eve Vigil service on Wednesday, December 24th.
